Gluten Free + Allergy Friendly Lemon Glaze

Total Time: 6 minutes
Makes: 1 cup glaze
1 teaspoon oil of choice
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
zest 1 lemon
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Turn the stovetop on to low heat, whisk to combine the ingredients, and heat until the mixture boils.
Take the glaze off the heat and use immediately. It will thicken as it cools.
