Allergens and Certifications
What allergens is Hungry Harry's free from?
We're proud to be 100% free of the top 14 allergens - that means no gluten, no egg, no fish, no shellfish, no peanuts, no soy, no tree nuts, no dairy, no celery, no mustard, no sesame, no sulphites, no lupin, no mollusks, and no casein.
What about your production facility?
All of our products are made in a dedicated facility, where none of these allergens have ever been present. We're fanatical about ensuring that all of Hungry Harry's products are and will always be completely free of the top 14 allergens.
Is Hungry Harry's certified gluten free?
Yes! We're proud to be certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), which uses a rigorous testing process to ensure all of their certified products are safe. See more about their standards here.
Is Hungry Harry's paleo, GMO-free, organic, and kosher certified?
Besides being 100% free of the top 14 allergens, we're only certified as gluten-free at the moment. We're working hard on other certifications, including those above - stay tuned for new information about testing and certifications.
Every other mix out there is free of only one or two allergens - why are you so serious about staying away from all 14?
Believe us when we tell you it would be a whole lot easier to be free of only one food group, or even a handful. We go the extra mile because everyone is different. Over 10% of the US population suffers from severe food allergies. That's over 33 million people, before taking into account those with food intolerances. No one food group takes precedence over any other, everyone just has different needs. That's why we're free of all of the Top 14.
Sounds great - so what's in them?
Our mixes are proudly made from the best certified allergen-friendly ingredients we can source from all over the country - including white rice sorghum flour, arrowroot, and cane sugar. Check out the product pages, which contain specific ingredient lists, as well as nutritional information.
What is your xanthan gum made from?
Xanthan Gum is manufactured by fermentation of glucose syrup derived from corn (maize). Glucose syrup from maize is a fermentation raw material, but is not contained in the end product anymore.
Does Hungry Harry's use corn starch?
Corn is present in our facility, which is free from the Top 14 allergens. Corn starch is an ingredient in our Pancake and Waffle, Muffin, Yellow Cake, and Chocolate Cake mixes. Our All Purpose Flour Blend does not contain corn starch.
Is Hungry Harry's Non GMO?
Production batches with a “Best By” date after July 2023 (Produced in July 2021) are Non-GMO. Non-GMO certification will follow in 2022.
Can I buy 1 pack of Hungry Harry's?
On our own website, the minimum purchase is now 6 packs. We have made this change as the most common purchase size was just under 6 packs and this quantity allows us to reduce our shipping costs. Indeed shipping has been reduced from $8.99 to $5.00. If a 6-pack bundle is too much, smaller packs sizes are available on Amazon and of course at supermarkets which grow in number every day.

Shipping
What are your shipping options?
Shipping takes between 3 and 10 days from when your order is placed and costs $5.00. Orders over $75 attract free shipping. If you need it sooner, we also offer expedited shipping that takes 2 days and costs $18.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes. We offer a 2-day delivery service for $18 within the contiguous US. Note that all orders over $75 attract free shipping.
What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands?
We're working on making expedited shipping available outside of the contiguous United States - stay tuned, and we'll let you know as soon as it's available! Please visit us on Amazon for more options to ship outside of the lower 48.
What about Canada, Australia, Japan, Egypt, or Peru?

Returns
What's your return policy?
We unfortunately cannot accept returns, unless the product was damaged in shipping. Shipping claims must be made within 3 business days of product receipt. Please email us at hello@hungryharrys.com for more information on this policy.
