Allergy Friendly + Gluten Free + Vegan - Raspberry Coulis

A coulis is a thin sauce made from fruits or vegetables, and our raspberry sauce couldn't be simpler to make.

Total Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 1 cup


  1. 5 ounces fresh or frozen raspberries

  3. 1 cup water

  5. 1 tablespoon cane sugar


  1. Add the raspberries, water, and cane sugar to a saucepan.

  3. Reduce on your stovetop over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Remove from heat. Pour the reduction through a thin mesh strainer into a medium-size bowl to remove seeds. Use a rubber spatula or

  6. spoon to press against the berries and extract as much liquid as possible.
  8. Use immediately or refrigerate in in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
