The allergy-friendly brownie recipe you’ve all been waiting for. Perfect for game day, picnics, barbecues, parties, holidays, or a snack in bed!
Gluten-Free + Allergy-Friendly + Vegan - Brownie Recipe
1/2 cup coconut oil or allergy friendly butter (melted)
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs or egg replacers
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup Hungry Harry's All Purpose Flour Blend
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Whisk the melted butter and sugar together. Then add eggs one at a time, or if using egg replacer whisk in half, then the other half.
Whisk in the gluten-free vanilla extract.
In a second bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, Hungry Harry’s All-Purpose Flour, salt, baking powder. Fold the contents of the dry ingredients (second bowl) into the wet ingredients (butter/sugar/egg mixture).
Spread mixture into 8" x 8" pan. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until baked through. Allow to cool for one hour, then cut into squares, and serve!
