1 teaspoon oil of choice
1 3/4 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
zest 1 lemon
1. Combine the oil, confectioners sugar, lemon juice and zest in a small saucepan.
2. Whisk over medium-low heat to combine the ingredients. Bring to a boil.
3. Remove from heat and use immediately. The glaze will thicken as it cools.
