Chocolate Cake: 


Preheat OvenPreheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cake/cupcake pan or liners.



Chocolate Cake IngrdientsCombine contents of Cake/Cupcake Mix with egg substitute, 1 cup of milk (we recommend lite coconut milk), 1 tsp of gluten-free vanilla and ½ cup of oil of choice. Mix until well blended.

Baking CupcakesPour batter evenly into greased cake pan or cupcake pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned and firm.









Cool CupcakesCool for 15-20 minutes before frosting.
Yields one 9” x 13” cake, two 8” round or 18 cupcakes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Muffin Mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin pan. In a medium sized bowl, combine 2 cups of Muffin Mix, ¾ cup of milk (we recommend coconut milk), ¼ cup of oil of choice, 2 eggs ?? and 1 tsp of gluten-free vanilla. Fold in 1 cup of filling (allergen-free chocolate chips, blueberries, banana, etc) Spoon batter evenly into greased muffin pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until muffins are lightly browned and firm to touch. Let cool for 15 minutes.
Yields 12 large muffins.

 

 

Pancake & Waffle Mix
Grease waffle iron or frying pan. Place 1 cup of Pancake/Waffle Mix in a medium mixing bowl. Combine with tablespoons of oil, 1 egg ??, ½ tps of gluten-free vanilla and ¾ cup of milk (we recommend coconut milk). Mix ingredients until batter is fully blended. Pancakes: Cook for 2 minutes each side or until golden brown. Waffles: Cook in waffle iron for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 1 minute and enjoy.
Yields 2 large waffles , 4 small waffles or 8 pancakes.
