Preheat your oven to 360° F. Grease a loaf pan with your oil of choice.
In one bowl, mix together the applesauce, maple syrup, baking soda, baking powder, salt, coconut oil, and egg or egg replacer. Set aside.
In a second bowl, add the oil and milk, then add the zucchini.
Mix the two bowls together, then add the Hungry Harry's All Purpose Flour Blend, cocoa powder, and finally, the dairy-free chocolate chips.
Pour the chocolate zucchini bread batter into a loaf pan, and bake until a skewer or knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 - 50 minutes. Cool, slice, and enjoy!
