Gluten Free & Allergy Friendly Scratch Chocolate Cake

This cake uses Hungry Harry's™ All Purpose Flour Blend as a base for one of our favorite chocolate cake recipes.

Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
Yield: (2) 9" x 9" cakes, or 18 cupcakes.


2 cups granulated cane sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup oil of choice (we like rice bran)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
2 cups milk of choice

How To

Preheat your oven to 360° F. Grease a two cake pans with your oil of choice.
Combine the dry ingredients, then add the remainder of the ingredients.
Bake until a skewer or knife inserted in the middle comes out clean, 20-25 minutes.
Cool before frosting or decorating - this cake goes great with our Allergy-Friendly Chocolate Frosting.
