Allergy Friendly + Gluten Free + Vegan - Cookie and "Ice Cream" Sandwiches

Free from the Top 14 Allergens, these sandwiches use Hungry Harry's All-Purpose Flour Blend for cookies that everybody can enjoy.

1 pint allergy-friendly sorbet or ice cream
1 cup allergy-friendly chocolate chips


Scoop 1 ounce of allergy friendly sorbet or ice cream onto the underside of a cookie.

Top with another cookie. Sprinkle the remainder of the exposed sorbet or ice cream with the chocolate chips. Freeze for one hour.
