Allergy Friendly + Gluten Free + Vegan - 'Gingerbread' Waffles

Waffles that smile back at you! Make your breakfast merry and bright with our Gingerbread Waffles, using a Dash Mini Gingerbread Waffle Maker.

Ingredients

1 egg or egg replacer
3/4 cup milk of choice
1 teaspoon oil of choice (note: if using an oil that's solid at cool temperatures, like coconut oil, melt the oil before beginning this recipe)
1/2 teaspoon gluten free vanilla extract
 

How-To

Add 1 cup pancake/waffle mix in a bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of oil of choice, 1 egg or egg replacer, 3/4 cup of milk of choice, 1/2 teaspoon of gluten-free vanilla.

Mix well until blended into a smooth batter. Turn on your Dash waffle maker to pre-heat (it's ready to go when the indicator light turns off).

When hot, oil the waffle maker well, and drop 3 tablespoons of batter in the center. Close immediately and cook for 1 - 2 minutes, until the waffle is done. (You'll know it's done when the lid opens easily.)
