Gluten Free & Allergy Friendly Chocolate Cake

Our allergy-free chocolate cake mix is perfect on its own, or as a base for any chocolate-based
dessert you can think of!

Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
Yield: (1) 9" x 13" cake or (2) 8" x 8" cakes, or 18 cupcakes.

Ingredients

2 eggs, or egg replacers
1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup oil of choice (note: if using an oil that's solid at cool temperatures,
like coconut oil, melt the oil before beginning this recipe)

How To

Preheat your oven to 360° F. If using a cake pan, grease a cake pan with your oil of choice. For a sheet cake, line a 1" sheet tray with baking parchment paper. For cupcakes, set cupcake liners in your cupcake pans, and set aside.
Combine the Hungry Harry's Chocolate Cake mix, egg or egg replacer, milk, and oil.
Mix until completely combined.
Pour the cake batter into your mold of choice - besides making great sheet cakes, Hungry Harry's Chocolate Cake Mix
works great for cupcakes, loaf pans, and tiered cakes!
Bake until a skewer or knife inserted in the middle comes out clean, 20-25 minutes.
Cool before frosting or decorating.
