Cook Time: 15 - 18 minutes

Total Time: 25 - 30 minutes

Makes: 12 large donuts or 18 medium size donuts


1 bag Hungry Harry's Muffin Mix

1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

3 eggs or egg replacer

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk of choice

2 tablespoons oil of choice (note: if using an oil that's solid at cool temperatures, like coconut oil, melt the oil before beginning this recipe)

1 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract


Preheat your oven to 360° F.

Mix together the muffin mix and ground cinnamon.

Whisk the remaining ingredients into the muffin mixture.

Pour the batter into donut molds and bake for 15 - 18 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.

Serve immediately, on their own, with powdered sugar, or with a side of Hungry Harry's Vanilla Dipping Glaze or Chocolate Dipping Glaze!
