Waffle Dippers

Dunk 'em, dip 'em, or pack them for later. Waffle Dippers are the perfect on-the-go snack, or finger-food breakfast.

Ingredients

 

1 cup Hungry Harry's Pancake and Waffle Mix (1/3 of a 17 oz package)

1 egg or egg replacer

3/4 cup milk of choice

1 teaspoon oil of choice (note: if using an oil that's solid at cool temperatures, like coconut oil, melt the oil before beginning this recipe)

1/2 teaspoon gluten free vanilla extract

Dash Waffle Stick Maker 

 

How To:

Sift 1 cup Pancake and Waffle Mix into a large bowl.
Add oil, egg, milk, and vanilla. Mix well until blended into a smooth batter.
Turn on your Dash waffle maker to pre-heat (it's ready to go when the indicator light turns off).
When hot, oil the waffle maker well, then drop 4 tablespoons of batter in the center. Close immediately and cook for 1 - 2 minutes, until the waffle is done. (You'll know it's done when the lid opens easily.) Enjoy!
